The actor, who made his debut as the vulnerable Deepak Thakur in 2015's Masaan, became a sensation in 2018. He has had five releases so far. And in all of them, Kaushal walked away with the accolades as his performance was appreciated and applauded. Not just on the professional front, even on the personal front, the actor is riding high. Rumours of linkups with actress Harleen Sethi have been doing the rounds since a while. While they have never addressed each other as partners, the duo has dropped enough hints to confirm their relationship. In a chat show, Kaushal confirmed that he is in a relationship and in another one when the show host asked him to dedicate a song to his alleged girlfriend Harleen, Kaushal sang, "Do you know Main tenu kinna pyar karda...Do you know? Main tere utte kinna marda. Do you know?"
