As after cutting the cake, all ask Naira to sign the invitation for performance at Sydney, Naira is very confused as she cannot sign the paper and she has not revealed the secret of her pregnancy to anyone. They keep on asking her to hurry and sign the paper as they all are happy and excited for her. Later she says that she cannot sign the paper. All wonder why she is saying that. Kartik asks her for the reason. She gives a fake reason of her health as whether her doctor will allow her going there, etc as Kartik is always concerned for her health. Kartik does drama of feeling dizzy for Naira s reaction as if she cares a lot for her. Suwarna and Akhilesh scold him for pulling Naira s leg every now and then. So Kartik apologizes to her. He says that he will consult doctor for that first and then they will decide about it. Suwarna informs that she is going to her brother s house as he is not well. Later all wish her a happy birthday and go to sleep. Kartik holds her hands but she goes to washroom to wash her hands. He observes that she is not in a good mood. Naira comes in the wash room. She cries a lot as she could not tell him that he is going to be a father. She is very confused about Kartik s reaction on her pregnancy so stays in the washroom and cries a lot. Kartik asks her as she is in the washroom for more time. So she starts the shower to pretend that she is taking shower. Kartik says that she is still confused about the taps in the washroom. Later there is a romantic sequence between the two under the shower.
In the next scene, Manish asks Suwarna about the cake. She asks him whether he doesn t know the taste of the food she makes. Manish says that if he would have appreciated her directly so he would have missed the way she looks at him. Suwarna smiles. Manish says that the cake was good so he will have to do more exercise as he ate it more. But Suwarna is thinking something. Suwarna asks him whether he also noticed that Naira was nervous as she would have not rejected the opportunity to perform in Australia. Manish tells her that he didn t notice anything like that but if she observed something so it must be there as ladies observation is better than men. Suwarna also says that she has been observing since last 1-2 days that Naira looks tensed. Manish asks her whether she asked Naira about it. Suwarna says that she tried asking Naira about it indirectly but she didn t tell her. Manish feels that there must not be any serious issue except any fight between Kartik and Naira like any other couple. He is confident that Kartik will not let Naira spend her special day in such nervous mood. Suwarna hopes for the same. She feels sad as Naira needs her but she will have to go to her brother s place.
After having shower, Kartik goes to sleep. Naira rubs what she had written on the mirror. She sends message to someone asking to call her in the morning. She is very much tensed as she is not able to decide whether to inform Kartik about her pregnancy or not. She feels that she will have to do it as per her decision as Kartik doesn t want baby. She cries a lot.
In the Singhania house, Kirti is packing the dress she has prepared for Naira on her birthday. She asks Naksh to give it to Naira once it is ready. Naksh brings a glass of juice for her. She avoids having it. So Naksh forces her to have it while the juice falls on the dress which she is preparing for Naira. Kirti gets angry on Naksh for damaging the dress. Devyani and Bhabhi Maa come there. They also ask Naksh to be careful while doing any work. Kirti is tensed as Kartik had asked her to make such dress for Naira. Bhabhi Maa gives her suggestion to make a flower of cloth on the spot where the stain is there. Kirti becomes happy as she gets the simple solution. Devyani says to her that when we think while we are tensed, w don t get solution but when we are tension free, we definitely gets some solution. Naksh pulls Naira s leg by saying that he can ask Kirti to have the juice and if there are stains on the dress, she can attach cloth flower. Devyani and Bhabhi Ma laugh on that. They leave from there. Kirti says that she has to send the dress, then she has to get ready and go for Naira s surprise party. Naksh asks her whether it is a surprise birthday party.
In the Goenka house, all are preparing gifts for Naira s birthday party. Surekha asks Luv-Kush to hurry up as they need to finish the work to be done by Suwarna as she had to leave for her brother s place. Kartik feels that it is better that Naira has not come out of her room else she would have known about the party. Luv-Kush asks Kartik about what he has told Naira about the birthday plan. Kartik says that he has told her that they all will have brunch together. Luv-Kush asks whether Naira is excited for her birthday party. Surekha and Akhilesh discuss that Naira is not much excited for her birthday as she always reminds all for the birthday of any other member in the house. Kartik feels guilty for making Naira upset. He promises that he will not say anything that will spoil her mood.
Naira is sitting in the room. She is very tensed about the pregnancy issue. She keeps on crying. Later she gets a call from her Gynac asking for the reason for a call back. Naira tells the doctor that she has not told Kartik about her pregnancy yet as he is very much concerned about her health. While she is talking to the doctor, Kartik is coming towards the room. But he also gets a call. He instructs the person to be on time else his surprise will be spoiled. So he goes in the living room as he needs to have the receipt. Doctor agrees to Naira s decision. Naira feels very guilty for her decision. She decides to inform Kartik about her decision.
In the next scene, Devyani, Bhabhi Maa along with Kirti and Naksh leave for Naira s surprise party. While leaving, Bhabhi Maa finds the reports. She asks Naksh to check them. Naksh finds that it is Naira s reports. Kirti thinks that Kartik will get upset that the reports are in their house. So she asks Naksh to send the picture of the reports to Kartik as they will get late. Naksh opens the report. He is shocked to see that Naira is pregnant. Kirti asks him why he is looking at the report like that. Devyani also asks him. Naksh informs them that Naira is pregnant. All are so happy. Kirti asks whether Naira is aware of it as she has not seen the reports yet. Devyani says that doctor must have informed her or Naira must have come to know about it. Naksh feels that Kartik must have planned for the surprised party for that. All also feel the same.
Naira gets ready. She comes down as she wants to inform her decision to Kartik. She finds no one in the living room. But immediately all the decoration like curtains, lightings fall down as they are hanged up. She is welcomed with the shower of flower petals. She feels happy.
