Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas became man and wife after their Hindua nd Christian weddings on December 1 and 2 at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur. After having a lavish wedding reception in Delhi which was attended by the couple's friends and family including the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi, the couple marked their presence at Isha Ambani-Anand Piramal's sangeet in Udaipur and then their wedding in Mumbai at their residence Antilla. But before Isha-Anand's Mumbai wedding, PeeCee and Nick stole some time away from the media glare and took off for a mini getaway to Oman. While Nick had to leave for New York immediately after the Ambani-Piramal wedding, it seems the lovebirds have finally zeroed in on a destination for a proper honeymoon. The couple is apparaently jetting off to Switzerland on December 28 says a report by Mid-day. The report further reveals that the itinerary of the week-long trip will have a pit stop at Montreux where the lovebirds will welcome the New Year together at Lake Geneva. As per a close friend of Priyanka, PeeCee and Nick will take off for Switzerland by December 28. Their week-long vacation will include a stopover at Montreux; the two plan to ring in the New Year in the resort town on Lake Geneva. She further added that Priyanka wanted to finish off her work commitments before taking off for the trip and so, she dedicated time to her work. PeeCee and Nick are also hosting another wedding reception for their industry buddies on December 20 in Mumbai where big names in Bollywood are expected to be present. Nick and his family will return to Mumbai on December 18 to be part of the gala, the friend was quoted as saying.

And after indulging in all this wedding bliss, the new bride and groom will have to return to their respective work. PeeCee is scheduled to resume shooting for Shonali Bose's The Sky Is Pink post her honeymoon. The film also stars Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in key roles.
