The couple celebrates their first wedding anniversary today and have treated fans to some special moments from their big day. While Anushka shared a lovely video where we saw Virat Kohli looking at her in a totally moonstruck manner and tripping over the words, 'My Wife', the Indian captain has posted some unseen clips from their wedding. In one of the pictures, they can be seen looking lost in each other's eyes while in one he is cutely looking back as she completes the pheras with him. He has captioned the video as, "Can't believe it's been a year already because it feels like it happened just yesterday. Time has truly flown by. Happy anniversary to my best friend and my soulmate.Mine forever." Last year, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli flew off to Italy in the first week of December. There was no official announcement of their marriage but the news leaked out after the skipper took time off for personal reasons. The report got confirmed when the family priest of the Sharma family was seen at the airport.
The cricketer has credited Anushka for making her a more patient and sensible man. He has been championing the cause of having wives and girlfriends on tour as he feels they are not a distraction. He said that she has been his support throughout. Stay tuned to BL for more updates!
