Looking at his relatively small appearances in films like Sarfarosh and Munnabhai MBBS, no one would have thought Nawazuddin Siddiqui will be such a star in Bollywood. Well, more than a star, he is a versatile actor, who has proved his mettle and the classic examples of it are Freaky Ali, Gangs Of Wasseypur and the recently released Manto. The makers of Thackeray just dropped the sneak peek of the film, where we see Nawaz as Bal Thackeray, treating his people and walking just like the late politician.

In the promo, each and every frame gives a glimpse of Bal Thackeray and you will agree with us after watching the video. Well, we must say Nawaz has worked hard for this iconic character and the magic is there on the screen for us to see. With this sneak peek, we can't hide our excitement for the trailer, which is set to release on December 26. Producer of the film, Sanjay Raut had earlier said that Nawaz was the only choice for this character and we must say his choice is bang on. Directed by Abhijit Panse, the film is shot in Hindi, Marathi, and dubbed in English. It is slated to release on January 23, 2019.
