It seems the latest fad of the industry is transitioning to the music space. This year itself, a bunch of TV actors jumped into the space of music videos. Bigg Boss 11's finalists Hina Khan featured in a music video and TV actress Krystle D'souza also featured in a song. Now the latest actor to join the bandwagon of actors featuring in a music video is TV's Salim. Shaheer Sheikh, who is currently seen in Colors' Daastan-E-Mohabbat: Salim Anarkali, has featured in a music single titled Sau Fikr. In the video, the actor is romancing Pooja Chopra. The song is crooned by a debutant, Biswajit Ghosh. Sheikh introduced the song to his fans by posting it on social media. He wrote, "#saufikr guys watch the video now and let me know what u think. Fans have already started going gaga over the song. It has clicked with the masses immediately. And what is most exciting is Sheikh's romantic avatar. The actor is seen as a relatable guy, who is head-over-heels in love with a girl, and their love story makes for a beautiful video.

Meanwhile, Shaheer is doing justice with the historical character. Earlier while talking about the character he had once said, "Salim is a dream role for any actor. I think the most difficult part will be to portray the layers and the pain of the character. He is an extremely complex person so it won't be that simple, however, that s what I like about this role."
