Comedian Kapil Sharma tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend Ginni Chatrath in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in Jalandhar yesterday. While most of his close friends from the TV fraternity made sure to be present of Kapil's big day, some couldn't make it due to work commitments. The ones who attended the wedding were Krushna Abhishek, Arti Singh, Bharti Singh - Haarsh Limbachiyaa, Sumona Chakravarti, Kiku Sharda among others. And the one's who couldn't be there, ended up wishing the comedian via social media. One of them was comedian-actor Sunil Grover who took to Twitter to wish the couple on their marriage. The duo who parted ways in 2017, have maintained their friendship. At the ITA award, Sunil had said about Kapil s wedding that, "We both have done some good work together so, there is an emotional connection. I congratulate him on his wedding. I pray that he remains happy." And the comedian actor is set to attend Kapil-Ginni's wedding reception that is set to take place in Mumbai on December 24. But before that Daler Mehndi is getting ready to shower his blessings over the couple with his songs at the lovebirds' reception in Amritsar on December 14, just the way Gurdass Mann did at their wedding yesterday.
Meanwhile, Kapil's good friend Bharti Singh, who was very much there at the wedding, also decided to put her feelings into words as she posted a congratulatory message for Kapil and Ginni along with a picture of the just married duo. Among Bollywood celebs, Abhishek Bachchan was the first one to wish the lovebirds.
