Veteran actor Kishore Pradhan passed away on Friday at the age of 86. The actor has been a part of several Hindi and Marathi movies. He was loved for his comedy timings in cinema. Pradhan also did a memorable appearance in Imtiyaz Ali's Jab We Met. His screen timing with Kareena Kapoor Khan was one of the best parts of the movie. His dialogue as a railway master to Kareena, "Akeli ladki khuli hui tijori ki tarah hoti hai became quite a hit. His Subh Lagna Savdhaan co-star Subodh Bhave, confirmed the news.
In a conversation with Indian Express, Bhave said, "We worked together in Subh Lagna Savdhaan, but after the film s release, I couldn t keep in touch with Kishore Kaka, as he was not keeping well, and I was out shooting for my film. He was keeping unwell. I don t know the exact reason of his death yet. His family is grieving and busy with preparations for his funeral."
Famous Marathi writer and poet, Mr Chandrashekhar Gokhale shared a post on his social media handle updating the followers about the demise.
Subh Lagna Savdhaan was Kishore's last appearance on the silver screen. He also got acclaim for his work in Mahesh Manjrekar s Lalbaug Parel and Santosh Manjrekar s Shivaji Raje Bhonsle Boltoy.
Kishore has been a part of 100 Marathi, and 18 English plays. He was also seen in Lage Raho Munnabhai.
