Naagin 3 starts with flashback where Vyom (Aly Goni) is seen telling a captive Juhi that Bela wants to usurp the Naag Rani crown. He says Bela kept her away. Later, in the present day, we hear Juhi telling Vyom that when she asked Bela for the Naag Rani crown, she gave it to her easily, so she cannot understand why she would want to hurt her. Juhi and Vyom are shown as a couple. Vishakha (Anita Hassanandani) tells Vikrant (Rajat Tokas) to have dinner. She says she is eating as the baby cannot be hungry. Vikrant is fed up of her drama. He tells her that she need not pretend when they are together. Vish insists that she is pregnant and says that Vikrant fell madly in love with her. Vish keeps on annoying him. She makes him run errands for her. Vikrant thinks she has to find out a way to get rid of Vish. Bela overhears Vikrant and says she will not let him harass Vish and Juhi. She says she will make Juhi the Naag Rani tomorrow and give her the Naag Mani. Juhi transforms into a snake and wraps Vyom. She says tomorrow I will be the Queen and rule over the world of serpents and vultures.
Next day, in the morning Bela (Surbhi Jyoti) tells Juhi that she'll make her the Naag Rani but it has to be kept as a secret. They are about to leave the bungalow when Sumitra tells them to stop. She says you girls must have breakfast and leave. Bela says we are going to the temple and we must go fasting. However, Sumitra and Kuhu stop them for breakfast. Vishakha tells Sumitra that she has kept a special fast for Yuvi and they leave the house. Vish sees Vikrant outside and says it is not safe. They decide to leave the house as snakes. Bela confides in Vish that she wants to make Juhi the new Naag Rani. She is shocked on hearing that. Vikrant also reaches there and asks what is happening. Andy Sehgal (Chetan Hansraj) comes there and takes Vikrant/Yuvi away. Then, we see Maahir (Pearl V Puri) coming there and insisting that he will drive the ladies to the temple.
Vyom changes form to a vulture and follows them. Juhi sees him and feels happy. Maahir asks Bela if this is a special pooja. He says it is not suitable for Vish to fast like this. Juhi gets tensed. Vish looks at her suspiciously. We see Juhi transforming into a snake inside the car. Bela tries to distract Maahir. Suddenly, the car tyre gets punctured. Juhi tells him that they will go by foot. Maahir insists on following them. Juhi tells him to leave them in a rather rude manner. Bela tells her to behave properly. Juhi calls him over-protective. Vish calls a cab. Maahir hugs Bela as she leaves. Later, Bela scolds Juhi for her bad behaviour. As they walk together, a ring falls off Juhi's finger. Once inside, Juhi keeps on telling them to finish the ritual fast. Bela is surprised by her behaviour as she does not want to even wait for Naag Rani Maa.
Bela tells Juhi to sit on the throne as she comes. Bela enters a room and says a prayer. A box materialises before her. It has the crown. Vish asks Bela if she has decided to making Juhi the Naag Rani. Bela says I always wanted my sister to become the Queen and now she is ready. Vish tells Bela that Vikrant always wanted the Naag Mani and wanted to get Maahir killed through you. She says people can be greedy. She pinpoints Juhi's behaviour. Bela says Juhi is not a betrayer and a girl of integrity. Vyom reaches there and tells Juhi to be careful of Vishakha. He asks where is her ring? Juhi has lost it. Vish says if you are confident Bela then I will support you.
Juhi looks around for her ring. Bela tells her to sit on the crown. A stressed Maahir who is trying to reach Bela calls her Pandit father in desperation. He says she is not here. Vikrant heads towards the haveli and hears the sound of feathers. He wonders if the vultures are here. He gets scared. Vikrant finds the ring that was worn by Juhi. The crowning ceremony of Juhi begins. Vishakha tells Juhi I will do the coronation with all rituals. She says I hope you will be a great Queen like Bela. She blows the conch. Two snakes reach the spot and become guards of Juhi.
Bela asks Juhi if she agrees to become the Queen and tells her to be an impartial one. She says your promise cannot be broken. She tells Juhi that she is allowed to forgive only one mistake, and then there's death. Bela tells Juhi that a Naag Rani does not forget her enemies. Bela is about to crown Juhi. Vyom is also there. In a flashback, we hear him telling Juhi that Bela will be killed once she puts the crown on Juhi's head. She says her sister only deserves death. The crown is about to land on Juhi's head but Vikrant comes there and tells them to stop. He says her intentions are not good. Vish stops Vikrant. Angrily, Vikrant tells Bela that all the accusations on him are true but this girl is not good.
Vikrant tells Bela to avoid the mistake. Suddenly, he falls down. Vish rushes to his rescue. He says I saw vultures. Vikrant shows the ring and says this belongs to Juhi, who is a slave of the vultures. Juhi says she is not a liar. Vikrant says show me your ring when she denies that it is lost. Clawed by Vyom, Vikrant falls down. Vyom comes there and says he will kill Bela. She says she does not fear him.
