Christian Bale was in India recently and we got a chance to ask him a few questions. We asked him about his role in Mowgli and we asked him about his Bollywood plans. But we couldn t stop ourselves from mentioning Christopher Nolan s name. The actor-director duo delivered the best Batman movies any DC fan has ever seen. The Dark Knight series is still a benchmark for DC films. The duo not only brought magic on screen with their work on the movie, but they also shocked everyone with eight Oscar nominations.
However, the duo hasn t come together ever since the Dark Knight Rises released in 2012. So, we asked the actor if we would ever see the Christian and Christopher come together in the future, if not for Batman but anything else.
The actor said that he and Christopher could come together only if the filmmaker could look at him anything other than the Batman. Obviously we made Prestige together. We made four films together. But primarily I was Bruce Wayne from Batman for him. He s truly a magnificent storyteller. But he may want to see fresh faces in front of the camera. Well, we ll wait and see, he said.
If we were lucky enough, fortunate enough to make three films, we would say that s it. That s the end of it, he said referring to no more Batman movies for the duo.

While that does break our hearts, we hope that the talented actor and the brilliant filmmaker reunite for something mind-blowing soon.
